1. Reservation/ damage deposit is refundable within 2 weeks after visit, minus the 3% paypal transaction fee, if no damage is found. The deposit holds your reservation. Please pay the remaining cost within 30 days before your stay.
2. Pet owners, please add refundable pet deposit.
3. Please add non refundable cleaning fee.
4. Please select measure of stay by days and or by weeks. If you are staying for a week plus two days select the day rate, add to cart once, AND select the week rate add to cart. Adjust quantities in cart. A 10% Placer County Occupancy Tax will automatically be added at checkout.
